"By decision of 26 May 2026, as final outcome of the proceedings UPC CFIno. 770/2024 - no. 556/2025, the Unified Patent Court, Court of First Instance,Milan Local Division, ruled that Sichuan Yuanxing Rubber Co., Ltd. has infringedthe patent EP 3 519 207 B1 owned by the Italian company Pirelli Tyre s.p.a. byoffering and placing on the market also through this website in all theContracting Member States in which the Patent is in force, and in particularItaly, France and Germany, the tyres model named Helios HA-51R and HeliosHA-51F; Sichuan Yuanxing Rubber Co., Ltd. has been ordered to refrain from allthese unlawful conducts and therefore will no longer market these products inthese Countries"。
